Not sure how, although I am running my game with parameter -insecure.
I tried installing Sourcemod 1.5.0 and Metamod 1.1.0.0 on more than 10 users, and they didn't work either.
Can you guys try to install Sourcemod 1.5.0 and Metamod 1.10.0 on your games? Then you can see the problem by yourselves.
