Yep, it's a MetaMod problem. This was the message we got from our server host, after the update.
"The CS:GO update today broke Metamod:Source (and likely other addons as well). In order to get your server to run again without crashing, we have temporarily disabled MM:S by renaming its .vdf file and/or removing it from gameinfo.txt.
When a new version of MM:S comes out, we will update our autoinstaller, and you should be able to use the upgrade option on the Autoinstallers page to recreate the .vdf and quickly bring your functionality back to its previous level."
