NoSil gets rid of the silencer on your player model when you don't have one on. Normally, CS shows your weapon as having a silencer no matter what, which might just be the difference that makes your gun stick out around the corner. NoSil also changes the weapon models when they're on the ground, based on whether they have a silencer or not. This applies to the USP and M4A1, obviously.

Unzip the models into your server's cstrike/models folder. Note that these models are modifications of the regular CS models originally done by Valve.

This plugin requires AMXX 1.80 with the Ham Sandwich module enabled.
