Yeah that is for maximum RDP security but if you have a dynamic ip it is not the best idea since when your IP changes you wont be able to connect to your server to fix issues lol.
My recommendation for best RDP access security is to change the port or depending on how many ip addresses your server has set one and only one of them to be used by RDP.
I have also updated the post to include some new addons for protection against SRCDS A2S_INFO DoS.
