From the little information that I read it seems that clanwar is just a bunch of commands in client config.cfg (
This is one that I found.). If this is the case then there is no good reason to use AdminMod over AMX Mod X. Also, there are several "Clanwar" plugins available, I'm not sure of their completeness but they exist.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
