Hmm, i originally thought that u didnt want this plugin to pop up when i read ur question.
go into source radio, and look for something similar to "ShowVGUIPanel(client, "info", setup, true);" it wont exactly be that, but it'll be close, change the 4 setting to false and the MoTD will never appear.
