Just because it works doesn't mean it should be approved.
Anyway, it's a no :
- You are not the author and you can't ask that (same if you were the author)
- The author's last activity was in 2006 => can't support the plugin
- The plugin is not well coded.
Unless someone takes over this plugin and update it, his place is in this section.
