I've had a couple of errors flagged that I thought you should be aware of:
Code:
L 12/22/2011 - 04:07:35: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "TF2 Set Class.smx":
L 12/22/2011 - 04:07:35: [SM] [0] Line 306, /groups/sourcemod/compiler-1.3/include/tf2_stocks.inc::TF2_SetPlayerClass()
L 12/22/2011 - 04:07:35: [SM] [1] Line 124, /home/groups/alliedmodders/forums/files/9/4/3/2/5/89351.attach::Command_Setclass()
Using SourceMod version: 1.4.0
Could I also make a request whilst I'm here please? Whilst 'random' seems to work well enough for a single target, when used on multiples such as @all, every player gets set to the same random class. May you possibly change this to make every target in @all, @bots, @red etc. all a different random class please? Or maybe the introduction of another word like 'shuffle' to fulfil this request.
Feel free to ask questions on either matter. Thank you very much for your time!

Your snippet there isn't telling what the error actually is, was there not more to it? If not, then I'm not sure what happened.
In any case, I added your suggestion
Updated to 1.2.1
-"random" will now randomize each target's class
