I'm not getting any errors and the crashes happen randomly. Not using Gungame or CSDM. But I do use block roundend plugins that add bots outside the map to block the round from ending.
I have mapchooser off. Nexmap on.

When did that start happening? I could have sworn you have been running Polymorph for quite some time. What did you change when it started happening?
