Honestly, other than one glitch where someone left a server a bot came in and somehow the bot got flagged for violating eye angles and it ip banned the guy who left (cause I couldnt find a steam ID) which has been fixed. I have seen over 100 eye angle bans and checking the angle numbers aswell as googling steam IDs ... and I can't say any have been a mistake as of yet. I have my eye angle module set to auto ban these days. I am pretty confident in it.
