I've decided to put together all last modifications of this plugin and assign a new number of version.

SoD Stats v1.0.12

Changes:
- Player now can reset rank by command !resetrank (with reset time played or not)
- Added announce when player connecting to server
- Added creating sodstats.cfg file in .../cfg/sourcemod
