Then it is the round_end event that triggers all players to be the standard color again, I think it can have something in common with the issue I linked.
If everything works when you set sv_pure 0, however, it's even more strange. If you get crashes on slap/slay, are you sure you have your server updated? This was a bug that existed in the server software after the May 5th update and it got fixed in
May 6th.
