I'd like every Tank when dies, drop the items, and with those cvars is not all tanks.

Items drops only if boss was killed by human. If tank dies himself, he won't drop anything.

is it possible to add in the plugin?

Only if someone else will do it.

Or you can use [L4D2] Infected Loot Drops (2.3d)
