No. SH 1.2.0.14 is the current released packaged form of SH that contains the newest native sh_set_hero_dmgmult which the hero is now using.

It should, I just don't have the time to create a "best use" method of using it.
It has been moved as module version is unsupported and I tire of those downloading heroes from that section and using it with plugin version of SH.
If you notice the Stats section is now also gone. It's posts have been moved to General as there were not many of them and 123's section kept as it was the most active. Stats was a project Freecode wanted to do but never started on and I never had any plans for, with the limited use of the section there was no real need for it.
