They don't literally have the same ID.
For example
208.43.99.168:27015 is 8
208.43.99.169:27015 is 9
and so on.

What I mean by same is that they have the same version/build of every plugins, build of sourcemod, metamod, etc.
Yet, only 1 of the servers query properly. They have their appropriate ID, rcon.
