Tired to see bad colorchat stocks throughout forums, so i have converted the native into stock version.
Added support for ColorChat stock (also in native version), all you have to do is to recompile your plugins.

Except that !g, !t and !n are not supported anymore (it is not efficient), you have to directly pass ^4, ^3 and ^1.
In ML files you still have to use !g, !t and !n, but in plugin, user register_dictionary_colored instead of register_dictionary.
