Start again.

1). Create your folder

2). Download and install the hldsupdatetool http://www.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.exe to your server folder.

3). Create the Bat file as described previously matching your Server Directory that contains the hldsupdatetool. Make sure your BAT file is indeed a BAT file and not a text file.

4). Run BAT

Note - it is normal to sometimes get messages such as No Installation Record Found etc. Be patient and dont be too hasty closing the window. Run the BAT a few times if necessary.
