You have to use your amxmodx compiler and put colorchat.inc in the include file.

"Download AMX on www.amxmodx.org" Than install it in a empty folder.. when finished go to the scripting folder, there's the compiler put the "plugin.sma" on scripting folder, download ColorChat.inc and put it on scripting/include.

THen run compile.
