Actually i think i resolved it. In my case it was because i've entered before in another server (mine's too) but that the sv_downloadurl was wrong. Now it's stopped. For those with the same problem, try it. Close Counter-Strike and Open it again, then connect only to the server that are with this issue and see if it's still happening.
