[BG2] Semi-automatic weapons by MagickRabbit

Description
This plugin allows all players to have semi-automatic weapons by eliminating the reloading.
Between each shots there is a little cooldown of about two seconds. The plugin
also allows players to have infinite ammo.
Cvar
- sm_semiauto <0/1> - Enables/Disables the plugin.
Note
This is a very simple plugin and I am open to suggestions or requests.
