Hy is it possible to restricrt all guns and only alow knfie+grenades+handguns to buy fror a palyer who has a speified kill/death ratio?

For example if player A has a k/d like 20/5 the plugin would only alow hiw to buy grenades and handguns, but if he drops below the 4 kdratio then the plugin would alow to buy anything.
