I think thats the last option. I was trying to avoid any weapons cause it might confuse people, since you can actually pick up an weapon that dropped for ammo if they were killed with it. Unfortunately, theres like no medic related models so I guess ill do bonesaw maybe.

I tried to do a bunch of needles models, but they dont work with prop_physics. I also tried the medic "glasses" model, but you can hardly see them they are so small.
