[Encryption]

This is my first plugin.

When players say either "its my money and i need it now!" or "i need my green!" they get a changeable amount of cash.

Cvars:
"blurb_cash_enabled" Default 1: Enables or disables plugin.
"blurb_cash_amount" Default 16000: Amount to give players upon saying either of the phrases.

I forgot to set the game this is for on the post, can a mod set it to cs:s.
