I'm trying to restrict usage of this plugin to admins only. However anybody that joins admin or not can equip hats.

I'm currently using this in my server.cfg:
tf_equipment_admin 1
tf_equipment_announce 0
tf_equipment_blocktriggers 1

Please, someone help me?
