What if another admin wants that function? Then you release this as independent plugin - sure! We already have tons of plugins that do the same, are named the same and just lacking a small function.

I don't want to piss you off or bad mouth your plugin, but I think it would be better to send users into the original thread and forcing them to write a small feature request.
