I've found a way to temporally fix the issue until I find a proper way to create the hats. Basically, disabling
m_bInitialized stopped the crashing on Windows servers, but also made spies unable to disguise with the other player hats if they've been created by the plugin (just like the way it was before).
If any problems arrises, please tell me and I'll try to fix the issue ASAP.

It only happens on Windows. Linux servers work just fine.
