This is because KAC hooked the command "quit". This should be fixed in future releases once SourceMod 1.3 becomes the stable version for SourceMod. If you are using a 1.3-dev version then the next update to 1.2.0 should correct this issue as I've ported the command hook code to use a new native in SourceMod 1.3 which will allow me to hook all commands without having to Reg*Cmd() them all.
