Use OnPlayerRunCmd (http://docs.sourcemod.net/api/index.php?fastload=show&id=937&) and check if he pressed IN_ATTACK (I guess) and remove it if he does press IN_ATTACK.

How do you test KAC's anti cheat mechanisms (especially the anti-WH you're working on)? I mean, you'd have to use hacks yourself and that'd make you VAC banned.

Depending on the hook you're doing:
HookEvent("player_hurt", Event_PlayerHurt, EventHookMode_Pre)
In EventHookMode_Pre it should show the health before the player was hurt, in EventHookMode_Post it...
