cs_get_weapon_silen bugged in .16, possibly in .20

This function always returns 0 in .16, has this been corrected in .20?

* Edit, I read somewhere that it wants the weapon entity index instead of player index, this needs to be clarified or...

I have 400 does that count? =(.. Hoping .20 fixes most of them. I'm guessing they are most likely coming from the old engine mod.
