I have to agree to that. This should be a C-like script language (Pawn is supposed to be based on it), and I prefer C syntax (except ';').

At least for me (not in AMXModX, but in other Pawn script-enabled games) that worked. It should work for you.
Btw for formating use format() (check funcwiki)

Well I've actually tested it, and it didn't work, so I wanted to ask did I had a well placed idea and something could be worked out, or it was truly wrong.

get_user_aiming returns entity you aim at, that's not player id, but entity which's origin you can change (example: you aim at entity (- not map solid) of a box, and it goes 2 units in the air)

You might want to check funcwiki (http://www.amxmodx.org/funcwiki.php).
As far as I know you can move only entities, so you could check something about entities...
