The soundprecache string table is part of the engine so only Valve can expand it. Currently, it can only precache 12000 sounds max. 32000 seems more preferable for this project.

It's not that those files should be removed. It's just that the edited talker files in this thread need MAJOR revision. They contain too many triggers for the scenes which then causes a soundprecache...

Last time I had Bill working (not as a bot, but actually playing as him which is almost as good) was in 2.0.1.6. Subtitles that I added were working as well.

For csm and the 8 survivors plugin, this line for Bill:

SetEntProp(param1, Prop_Send, "m_survivorCharacter", 0);

has to be this:

SetEntProp(param1, Prop_Send, "m_survivorCharacter", 4);

That's what I do and it works (along with the others). But only through the server.cfg/listenserver.cfg.
