So the medic uses the command and the command only works on the medic. This only kills the medic at 100%.

Also there was a second texture that worked and that was editor/wireframe and you can color that one and not the models/police/pupil_r.vmt one so if you want to color it use the editor/wireframe

Now how would I turn that ring that is wireframe into a beacon that stays on me 100% of the time while i'm alive? kinda like the regular sourcemod beacon but smaller radius

No not the normal type of stock beacon in sourcemod. But something like this in this video : youtube.com/watch?v=DWmMFrJI3Fk& (ps don't worry about whats happening in the chat and stuff)
