it's ok to use it for tests, but not for a real server with a lot of players

[Help] a plugin for admin alltalk lags server

Hi All,
i made this plugin for admins, that if sv_alltalk is enabled, they can hear all players voice, but non-admin players only can hear teammates,

but when i run this plugin, it causes lags on...

i know about slowmo plugin, it set gravity to dead player to make his death animation as slowmotion.
i need a better way to throw the body away, like when C4 explodes and players throw away.
