Appears to be no way to set up Rcon for Insurgency, looks like there is no way to input Rcon port.

Does anyone have a compiled, for Windows 10, version... I have spent hours searching, even tried downloading QT Creator, this failed as they did not send an email. Question, why do people produce...

Does not seem to work on Insurgency, have reinstalled a few times, checking all folder locates, sm plugins list , shows it is loaded, but the admin_stealth command returns an "unknown command"...
