Css Problem

Host_Error: Server is enforcing file consistency for scripts/game_sounds_manifest.txt

I load up my game and join a server, and then it kicks me and says that =/

Help please :)

for cs:s you can put in cl_crosshairscale 10000, that is the smallest I know of.

and no I don't think you can do that for CS and CZ.

I was downloading some songs from a website (I will not say the name, dont want you guys to get hacked too)

My comp restarted and when it logged back in it said hacked bye warez, happy day. now...
