This isn't a logging plugin, my Elite Admin System (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2657205&postcount=1) has that feature though.

The way I'm logging is:
MM/DD/YYYY = STEAM_ID

So I can easily manipulate with it, right now I'm making a detailed 'rise/loss' of players kinda thingy.
