hey amx super has the bullets damage, meaning when u get hit or when u hit somebody it shows near ur crosshair how much damage u do did to that person in red and blue?

Would having say like CSDM and UAIO as well as like some other small plugins effect the server or like overload it to reduce the reg and gameplay?
