Setting the variable fixed this. Finally after a year of playing this mod every lunchtime we can spectate the Hidden :)

Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. The plugin description says it allows "admins" to spectate. How do I make someone an admin on my server? Do I need to use "hsm_hdnspec_access [char]"...
