there is no such an official CSBot for CS 1.6, there's an old leak (or beta release) from turtle rock somewhere on 2005 but it's not supported on new steam version.

cut the model hand and rig it using standard cs 1.6 hands (knife) and tweak some animation, only it will looks like if it was low poly model (if player model are not hi-poly)
