Yes this issue has been solved, sourcebans.phrases.txt indeed was missing from those 3 servers.

Yeah , i've duplicated the fault, missing the sourcebans.phrases.txt which my sm log didn't show up, nor does the sb log shows lolx, which I suspect, I did not do a full restart with my server host...

as the version stated, its working on my other 5 servers, which I do not have any problems with 1.7x with the sb. And yes i did update it to 1.7.2-dev+5191 . and its working on 1 of the 5 servers...

It is reflected in my sourceban webpage that the I've has been banned. The player(which is me testing the sb) sees that I got banned and leave, and is able to come back again to...
