But one problem I mentioned has nothing to do with my server, rather with sourcemod, I think.

Nope.. This is the full log after a restart:

Auto detecting CPU
Using default binary: ./srcds_linux
Enabling debug mode
Server will auto-restart if there is a crash.
Using breakpad minidump...

As bimbo1 said, the plugin should enable to carry more than 1 primary weapon. It is possible, the image obviously shows it or do you think its faked? I doubt it.
