You should check for flags somehow because if a player let's say it's vip and he loses his vip status, he still has the color she chose without any flag and he is unable to change it to normal.

I just need a simple plugin that blocks fall damage in tf2 via sdkhooks, not tf2 attributes. I would appreciate if somebody can do it for me, it should be really simple.

It doesn't store the colour when you respawn. There is an alternative plugin that does that, special for colorize.

I understood you, that's why i said to use web ban, you can do it in 2 ways:
1. Go to Bans>Add ban from web.
2. Click on a server from web, then right click on a player name and ban him from there.

That's not a big problem... why would you add "chat ban" via web and don't you use better addban function ?

It is not made for source-comms because iceman made it based on TF2 Romania sb 1.4.11 version and at that moment, we didn't have source comms.
I don't know if it still matters for you, problably...
