According to the official l4dt2 googlecode repo and this https://github.com/Attano/Left4Downtown2 versions higher than 0.5.4.2 are from this fork and windows is unsupported since 0.5.6.

This needs "GetClientCookie" to reset the cookie in order to join a server where somebody on it has blocked you.

In fact there exist cvars for that based on the percentage of health the bots have to be below to use the items.

You need to recompile every extension you want to use against the new hl2sdk-l4d2.
