A dedicated server is 24/7 online? I don't want to host a server 24/7. I just want to be able to play with more than 4 players in custom co-op map such as tank playground sometimes.

As of now, I am using ethernet cable on my computer and whenever I host a local server, my sister will always join in as the 5th player as she is connecting...
