What do you mean? Those posts have the compiled versions attached.

Download the .zip from the initial post - replace the left4downtown.ext.2.l4d2.so file from those posts and replace the latest...

Same here. It's loading fine and working as intended for me. Can those of you having problems please provide more details? Are you on Windows or Linux? What version of Left4Downtown2 are you running?
