Plugin needed to set gun sound / explosion volume(tf2)

Hello first,

i need a plugin that lets a player set the volume of gun sounds and explosions for tf2.
This would be for rocket jumping...

i can remember since 1or2 years i was getting not the same error but i get overflow with to many models (i just installed maybe 4 custom models with the old equipment manager plugin) because valve...

hmmm after the latest update i get if type /resizehead @all 3 = [SM] You cannot target this player.
before worked fine.

if i hit resuply (ammo/health) i get normal model again :(
i have a jump server and there are overall resuply just stupid :(
can u make a cvar for this ?
