I've had up to 10 playing using this plugin and haven't experienced that. What versions of Metamod/Sourcemod are you using? Are you using Left4Downtown or L4DToolz?

First, I believe this plugin was compiled against Sourcemod 2865 and you post that you're using 2870, so this may be an issue.
