I wouldn't contest or do anything about it, kigen is ancient history anyway, his project and sites are as dead as can be. SMAC is easy to find on google and I host it on my website which i pm links...

if his code has been removed then whats the big hold up on putting it up for downloads. I don't see why he was so butt hurt to start with considering his version has long been dead and obsolete just...
