I was just talking to a friend about this issue, and he told me that quotes are just broken in chat all together, They are broken on public valve servers as well. If you type a " in the game chat box...

This appears to be something valve broke, Nothing to do with sourcemod. Quotes are just broken in the games chat box, If you type a " and send the message it appears as a ' instead of a ". So i guess...

I installed everything exactly by the tutorial, no mysql errors, when i type !store in game, or sm_store in console the console replys with Unknown command: sm_store

In error logs i get this, same...
