Block Connections to your Game-Port via TCP (Game is via UDP) except from your IP(s).
You do not need to play on a server to administrate it via rcon.
There are always people trying to takeover...

Why do you need the server seperately when you have left 4 dead 2 already installed?
I case you want to installit nevertheless, the <your dedicated server directory here> is a name chosen by you....

I'd turn off -condebug. Should reduce the errors.
Then you have to softlink (ln -s)
/root/.steam/sdk32 to /home/tcadmin/tcafiles/games/linux32
